Who do I enter into an agreement with?
You are entering into an agreement with Magnit.
Can I negotiate the terms of the contract?
Magnit is bound by the contracts with Vanderlande.
Vanderlande does not want these contracts to be modified. This creates a level playing field for all suppliers.
I received an incorrect work order. Now what?
You can contact Magnit. Together we will go through the contracts and find a quick solution.
I have not yet received a contract, renewal or termination. What to do next?
Once we receive the contract data from Vanderlande, we will process it within 5 working days. After that we will send you a copy by e-mail.
Can I be sent the contract terms in advance?
Magnit will receive the details of your deployment from Vanderlande.
Once we have received this information, we will contact you.
The hiring agreement and work assignment will then be sent to you by post.
What about a relationship and competition clause at Magnit?
Magnit does not have relationship clauses and competition clauses.
We do not believe it is proper to contractually foreclose on our mutual client.
